Hi! I'm Puneet.
I work in public relations and social media at a wonderful New York City company called SHIFT Communications, where I get to do fun things with a bunch of awesome people everyday. I landed here by way of Boston University, which I chose to attend after spending most of my life in New Delhi, India, my favourite place in the whole world.
In my past lives, I've worked as a freelance writer for a national newspaper in India; edited a newsletter for Boston University's College of Communication, also taking it online for the first time; tutored college and university students in writing; and led an a capella group in Delhi University that lost more than it won, but always tried harder.
In my spare time, I can be found aimlessly browsing bookstores and the Internet. I love to read and write, and I'm working on my first collection of short stories, which means I'm in perpetual need of encouragement and reality checks - feel free to reach out with either. I also like taking long walks in the city, tweeting, making new friends, guzzling copious amounts of tea, listening to music, learning new languages and enjoying great live music in NYC's labyrinths.
